I have a fondness for fish roe or commonly known as fish eggs. This is a delicacy in some countries. When I saw that they were on sale at a hypermarket, I bought some for my dinner.
How do I cook it? Very simple. I just wash it clean and then wipe it dry. Then I add a bit of salt before coating it with a bit of flour. After that fry until it is cooked. Then ... mum ... mum ...
