CLEANING A FISH

I love eating fish but when it comes to cleaning one, I am not really adept.  My fish would end up looking the worse after I am done with it.
If you buy fish from the hypermarket, there will be one person at the seafood department who would help to clean the fish.  This people have been doing it umpteenth times and to them cleaning fish is a piece of cake.  Not only that, they are so skilled that the fish looks good after being disembowelled.
