EATING SPREE



We usually hear of people going for a shopping spree, right?  Well, let me tell you that those who are attending the course with me in Penang at present are going on an eating spree.  No doubt we have to attend 3 sessions of meeting a day but at the same time the organisers have made sure that the participants get 6 square meals a day to make sure that we have enough energy to get us through the day.
What you see above was my breakfast for Tuesday morning.  Thankfully I took mostly vegetables with the exception of the omelette.  There a few of my colleagues who tried the different types of food prepared  by the hotel for breakfast.  Oh! Oh!  Eating too much of this rich and delicious stuff isn't going to go down well with the wellness of our bodies.  One thing is for sure, most of the participants would have gained some weight indulging in the food.  Next, the sugar and cholesterol levels might also see an increase.  Yeah, same might go for the high blood pressure.
