BE WHERE THERE IS LOTS OF YANG QI

In the afternoon, I attended an exorcism session. One of my friends was being disturbed by two spirits that she had accidentally encountered when she visited the grave of her relative a couple of weeks ago.  Since that day she had been feeling listless and lethargic.  Furthermore, she got agitated quickly and was quick to anger.  After she consulted an expert, she found out the reason for her feeling so tired and sleepy.  It was because two spirits had attached themselves to her and were leaning on her shoulders most of the time.  That was why she was also having shoulder aches.  I was with my friend during the exorcism ritual to rid the spirits from latching on to her.
I did not go home immediately after I attended the exorcism with my friend, instead I went straight to the basketball court to see my cagers practising for the district basketball tournament.  It is not wise to go straight home after attending such a ritual as the spirits or ghosts might follow one home after they had been forced to leave the body of their previous host.
Now the basketball court in the late afternoon is the perfect place to be as the sun was shining which means Yang Qi or positive energy.  This energy is further enhanced by the forceful energy of all the boys who were busy running around and actively taking part in the game.
With all the noise and vitality, lots and lots of Yang Qi would be generated.  And the spirits would have to go hide in some shady spots where there is not so much positive energy bouncing around.
After spending about an hour at the court watching the boys train and soaking in the sunlight, I made my way home at around 6.45 p.m.
