Though I was away in Penang attending the meeting, my thoughts were with all of them and the moment I got back I wanted to find out how the boys and girls have progressed. Actually, all three of us are worried about our students as they are not very skilled debaters. They have a tendency to keep referring to their notes bordering on reading.
Actually, Haji Hasnin was supposed to be present as a facilitator at the English language training camp from Tuesday to Thursday but he came back to school on Wednesday since he had no slot. Like me, he too wanted to make sure that our students get enough training. Tomorrow, Haji has to go back to the training camp and so it will be Kamariah and me. We only have one more day to train as the competition starts on Friday. If need be, we will train the students in the morning and also at night.
