WORTH MY WHILE TEACHING THEM

The 2010 SPM examination results were announced yesterday.  My former students who came to collect their result slips came to see me to show me their results.  All those who came had passed their English Language paper and they proudly pointed out the fact to me.  As a matter of fact, two of my boys scored As for this paper. 
Believe me, one of the happiest moments for a teacher is to find out that her students have done well for the subject that she taught them.  Then all the time spent teaching and tutoring them is worth the while.  My students came to thank me for teaching them.  A few apologised for not getting a credit or a distinction.  Nevertheless, I told them that I would be happy if they pass.
