WOW! LOSING 8 KILOS IN ONE MONTH

 I get really envious when I hear this celebrity or that celebrity shedding at least 5 kilogrammes in a short span of time for a new drama or a concert.  How on earth can these people lose so much weight so quickly? 

Here I am trying my hardest to get rid of the spare tyre around my waist and my chubby cheeks but not being able to lose more than 1/2 a kilo before gaining it all back after I binge on my favourite food.  Yeah!  Articles of their successful weight loss would be posted on entertainment sites with pictures of them with their slimmer bodies and V-line shaped faces.  Argggghhhh!  Just how do they do it?

Here is an article about how Jung Yong Hwa managed to lose 8 kilogrammes within a span of 1 month.  Yeah!  Only ONE month.

At their ‘First Step‘ press conference held on March 21st, Yong Hwa appeared to be considerably slimmer, and he revealed that he went on a diet for CNBLUE’s comeback.

The idol stated, “I went on a diet to change my image. I lost 8kg (~17lbs) in a month. I ate only 1/4 of rice that I used to eat and ate chicken breasts along with bananas. I also worked out at night by running on the treadmill“.

I don't think I can follow JYH's diet as I don't eat chicken and do not fancy bananas.  However, I am considering the treadmill.
