The wrinkled looking lime above is known as Kaffir Lime. Its Chinese name is Fatt Foong Kum (Leprosy Lime). Not that nice sounding, right?
Anyway, here in the east the Kaffir Lime or Limau Purut is said to be able to freshen one's mental outlook and ward off evil spirits. It is also used in cleansing rituals to rid one of bad Qi and welcome the good ones.
Yeah! I would most definitely be taking a bath with the Limau Purut to buang sial (bad luck).
