PENGAT PISANG (BANANA IN SWEET SAUCE)

The canteen operator in my school would give the teachers a dessert treat once in a while.  It is her way of giving thanks for their patronage. 
Last Friday, the teachers were treated to Pengat Pisang.  In the Malay Language Pisang means Banana and Pengat Pisang means Banana in Sweet Sauce. This dessert is really yummy as it is made from sliced bananas which are simmered in sugary and milky sauce.
