The pretty young lady in the above pictures above is Hong Kong actress Linda Chung. In an article that I read, Linda is said to possess a 23-inch waist. Wow! Amazing. No wonder she has been asked to endorse for a beauty saloon. It seems that this already toned and slim lady has taken to eating lots of fruit salads, vegetables and homemade soup to stay fit and healthy.
Yeah! I think I will give this type of diet a try. No doubt I will never end up having a waist as small as Linda's but then I will no doubt be slimmer and heathier.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I shall be going to the market tomorrow to buy lots of fruits and vegetables.
