TENS OF THOUSANDS OF COLOURS

I bought a pot of Kalanchoe plant from the market for my mother this morning.   Its auspicious Chinese name, wan zi qian hong, means tens of thousands of colours which would obviously make it a popular plant to have in the house during Chinese New Year.  It also goes by another Chinese name, chang shou hua, or longevity.  The kalanchoe also signifies protection and adding wealth.
