The Apam Balik or Malaysian Peanut Pancake is a common food in Malaysia. The fillings for this pancake are sugar, peanuts and corn. At the market, one can easily find them. The small ones are sold at 50 sen while the big ones sell for RM2.00. In Chinese, we call the big ones Tai Kow Mien. I prefer to have mine without the peanuts as I am allergic to them.
