During the weekends and holidays, there are many homemakers who would make their way to Jalan Kuala Kangsar or KK Road in Ipoh. What is the attraction there? The many shops selling silk flowers and other household decorations.
One of my favourite shops is Thow Lee Pottery. My mum, aunt and I are regular customers there and are familiar with the owners and also the sales people there. We find that the flowers there are of good quality and the service is good. Sometimes, the owner's daughter would help me do the arrangement for the flowers that I have purchased without charging extra.
