After school this afternoon, some of the teachers and staff of my school went to the house of our former principal, Puan Siti Arfah. See I was still in my Girl Guide uniform as I had gone directly from school instead of going home to change.It has been about a month since Puan Siti retired and many of us miss her and wanted to go to her house to wish her well and also to enjoy the food that she had prepared for us.
This type of visits would help foster closer ties among colleagues and also to make sure that we do not lose in touch with Puan Siti as she is someone very dear to us.
