WHEN THE ROAD IS HIGHER THAN THE HOUSE

I heard from a few of my friends that the owner of one of the houses in the picture above wants to sell his house.  The asking price is RM380,000.  I was told that the cost for the house was RM35,000 when it was initially bought about 20 years ago.
Wah!  More than 10 times the original price. Why the inflated price?  I also heard rumours that that a big departmental store chain wants to buy over the land and use it to build its latest branch in Manjung and word has it that they were going to offer to buy over the land of the houses in that area.  The Sitiawan branch for TESCO is being built next to that housing estate.  Oooo ... if the rumour is true, then not only would I have Econsave, TESCO and Giant near my new house, there would be Parkson as well.  By the way, Jusco will also be built somewhere nearby.  No wonder, the housing developer is charging so much for my little house which happens to be right smack in the middle of the commercial hub.
Here is a view of a few of the houses of the said area.  If you look closely, you will notice that there are two roads running perpendicular to the houses.  The road directly in front is of the same level but the main road is very much higher.  In Feng Shui terms, that is not good.  Why?  If we follow Feng Shui theories, if a house is lower than the road, the danger of becoming the victim of financial scams or of becoming bankrupt is always a threat and when your astrological energies are low, that is when the chi energy can get negative, causing you to suffer from a sudden reversal of fortune. It can also cause severe illness or accidents to occur.
The above picture was taken from across the road to where the houses are.  You can see that the houses are cut into half by the higher road level.
