THE PLUMBING IS DONE

Daniel who lives just behind me, came over to check the repairs on the plumbing

The plumber went to my new house in the morning to repair the plumbing in the toilets but he did not manage to enter as the door was locked and I was working.  The wireman who was holding the keys to the house had not come yet. 
Anyway, he came again later in the evening and managed to complete the repairs in about an hour.  My friend Daniel came over to help me check if the repair work done by the plumber was up to mark.  I am fortunate to have him come around as I know very little about such things.  Instead of being the Damsel in Distress, Daniel will say I am the Ah Moy in Distress.  In Chinese, Ah Moy refers to a female.  Mind you Daniel has Chinese blood in him.  His mum is Malay mixed Chinese while his dad is Ceylonese.  Wah!  He is really a product of 1Malaysia.
