ANOTHER 25% MORE

For those of you who have been following my journey to getting my new house stayable, I am glad to say that more than 75% of the work has been done.  The fans and lamps have also been installed and the power points will be functionable by tomorrow.  Yeah!
What else needs be done ...
  1. The plumbing will be repaired on Monday.
  2. The phone and Internet service needs to be transferred to the new home.
  3. The door latch for the back toilet needs to be changed.
  4. The bathroom door for the first room needs to be changed.
  5. The walls will be repainted either on Tuesday or Wednesday.
  6. The plumber will install the bathroom fixtures and some additional pipes for me.
  7. The air conditioners will be installed on Tuesday.
  8. The grill for the bathroom windows will be installed on Tuesday afternoon.
  9. Ceremony to appease the House Spirits need to be carried out on Tuesday.
  10. Furniture will be shifted into the house on Friday afternoon.
  11. Curtain track and curtains for middle door will be installed on Sunday.
  12. Pay all the contractors on Monday before officially moving in on Tuesday, 28 September.
  13. The 9 feet red cloth needs to be put up on Tuesday morning.
When Annie Cheah related to me that once I get the keys I needed to do quite a bit of renovation work and other stuff before I could move in, I did not really think it was that troublesome.  At that time, I thought that after I got the keys, I just needed to get the grills installed, the lighting installed and I could move it.  It wasn't as simple as that.  I was naive back then.  Now I am very much wiser.  Those who are wanting to buy a house or have made a booking for a house would benefit by reading about my trials and tribulations in moving house.
