HEALTH DRINK

I learnt a new recipe for roselle when I bought the fruit at the market last week.   A lady who was also buying the roselle buds told me to boil the roselle buds with Chinese Sand pear and rock sugar.  She told me that it is a health drink as it is high in vitamin C and antioxidants.  What interests me most was that research has shown that the roselle helps to reduce cholesterol and high blood pressure.  It is also known to have anticarcinogenic and antibacterial properties.
