AUNTY LINDA AND HER CHEE CHEONG FUN

Aunty Linda ordered a plate of Chee Cheong Fun from our regular hawker stall in Ipoh Garden last weekend.  When the hawker brought the Chee Cheong Fun only did Aunty Linda say, "Oops, I forgot to tell you that I do not want it with Mushroom Sauce."  
What did the hawker do?  Instead of just letting Aunty Linda eat the Chee Cheong Fun with the Mushroom Sauce, she took it away and said that she would eat it later and went and made a new plate for her.  Now that is service with a heart.  My aunt kept praising the lady and said that she put the welfare of her customers before profit.
