WHAT? DO PEOPLE GO UNDER THE KNIFE TO LOOK LIKE THIS?

I stumbled onto a blog called Awfulplasticsurgery.com about plastic surgery and the effects it has on the people who opt to have it done.  There are loads of pictures and stories of celebs who have admitted or are suspected of having gone under the knife.  However, there are lots of articles and also pictures that would deter people from taking such a plunge as instead of looking younger and better, a person can turn into caricatures. 
Personally, I think looking older would be much better than looking scary.  What say you?
