INVASION OF THE VAMPIRES

Did you realise that we are having quite a number of vampire movies on television lately?  It most definitely must be because of Twilight.  As far as I know there is Vampire Diaries, Vampire High and True Blood.  Mayhaps, there might be more on the way given the popularity of the vampire series. 
Last time, vampires used to drive fear into the hearts of the female population.  Nowadays, I think the young ladies would be lusting to have a vampire boyfriend something like the Pasty Robert Pattinson.  Before I forget, werewolves now too are getting a positive makeover.  Thanks to the likes of the Lautner guy who portrayed the werewolf in Twilight.
Hmm ... I wonder what next would be romanticised?
