HEEL SPURS

Heel spurs?  Some of you may ask what that is?  Right?  We might call it differently in our own languages.  Anyway, heel spurs is an abnormal pointed growth on the bone caused by unwanted calcium deposits in certain spots in our bodies.  It usually happens on the heel.  Hence heel spurs.
As far as I know, sufferers of heel spurs are either middle aged or overweight and also those who are active in sports.  Some people who have bone spurs might not feel any pain and so they do not realise they have it.  However, there are also those who would feel severe pain the moment they make their first step.

HERBAL CURES FOR THIS PROBLEM

Before I suggest some herbal cures for heel spurs, let me stress that two of the best cures for this medical affliction is to lose weight and also to do stretching exercises.
Now for the herbal remedies:
  • BORAX SOLUTION  - Try soaking the foot or feet with spurs in borax solution daily.  You will be able to notice the difference in few days.
  • COCONUT OIL - Massage the heel with coconut oil to treat heel spurs.
  • CABBAGE LEAVES - Wrap the heel in cabbage leaves and let the leaves stay for a few hours.  It helps relieve the pain.
