I usually do not like taking photographs during funerals but made an exception last weekend.  Why?  It is because the photographs were for my young nephew and niece, James and Jamie.  James is 5 years old and his sister is only 3.  They wouldn't be able to remember much of their grandma as they grow older.  Hopefully, the photographs that I took would be memories for them.  As it is the both of them do not really know that that their grandma has crossed over to the other side.
