VEGETARIAN FOOD


My mum tells me that from young I had a great liking for vegetables and would usually shun meat.  As a matter of fact, I only eat eggs and seafood besides veges. 
On Monday, I treated my student Sharveen to a meal at a vegetarian restaurant in Sitiawan.  I ordered vegetarian fried Beehoon (noodles) and a dish called Loh Hon Chai (Vegetarian Loh Hon).  Like me, my student also likes vegetarian food and would go on a vegetarian diet during certain religious festivals.
