Whenever I have headaches, I would go to the Chinese medical shop to buy herbs to boil. Usually my condition is caused by either heatiness or wind. Yesterday I bought a bottle of herbal drink for reducing heatiness from a medical shop. After drinking it I became much better. For your information, when I suffer from migraines or headaches, it usually lasts for a week or so.
