FIRST TRY AT COOKING NASI LEMUNI

One of the cleaners in my school got the recipe for making Nasi Lemuni from my library assistant.  She tried out the recipe at home and brought the Lemuni Rice to school for us to try this morning. 
THE VERDICT
The taste is just not right.  Perhaps, this was her first time trying out the recipe and that was why the rice wasn't well cooked. She had also used too much lemunic leaves.  This made the rice taste a bit bitter.
I am sure that she will not be giving up but will try cooking the dish until she gets it just right.
