This morning I bought 10 books from a book vendor at the Farmer's Market in Ipoh. The books were Islamic books and I guess many of the people who were at the market were wondering why this very Chinese Lady was busy choosing so many books on Islam. Those who go for this type of books would be the religious types, not the Chinese Ah Soh (Aunty type) like me. Only when they heard the vendor called me, Cikgu or Teacher did they realise that I was the resource centre teacher and the books were for the library. Anyway, I did read a few of the books and they were interesting. However, I would usually read books on Feng Shui and Herbs.
