HEALTHY FROGGY MEAL

Want to eat something healthy?  Well, here is a meal that is sure to send the calories, cholesterol and sugar levels down.  It is very simple to make.  The ingredients include rice, Sambung Nyawa*, half ripe papaya, a green apple and cherries. Fashioning the food into the frog would depend on how skilled you are are using the knife.
 
* 'Sambung Nyawa' (Gynura procumbens) means 'Continuation of Life' .  This name is aptly given to this plant due to its medicinal properties such as an antipyretic, anti-inflammation and the leaves.  It is also widely used for or as a skin care elixir.
