This egg caramel pudding can be savoured at the Hollywood Coffee shop in Canning Garden. The texture of the pudding is smooth and the good thing about it is that it is not too sweet. Since I learnt how to make the caramel pudding I have been trying to figure out how to make it as smooth and silky as the one above.
Anyone has any tips to give me?
