This is the Chang Lung Association or Tseng Lung Association which was founded by the Kapitan China Chung Keng Quee in Gopeng. The Tseng Lung hui-kuan was an association for people from Tseng ch'eng and Lung-men (Longmen 龙门) counties of Kuang-chou (Guangzhou or Canton) prefecture in South China. That's where my ancestors from my father's side of the family hailed from. According to my relatives, we are considered as Cantonese-Hakkas.
When I was much younger, I couldn't care less about my ethnic roots. All I knew was that I was Cantonese. As I grow older I want to know more about my ancestors and their origins.
