It's not me who is hunting for a job but my former student, Asri. Like many of my students who are waiting for their SPM results, Asri wants to work to get some experience.
When I heard that there was a vacancy for a job at my friend's Cafe, I called his mum, Puan Khairah, to send him to the place to attend an interview. Besides him, the children of the workers in my school also went for the interview. Hopefully, they get the job. Anyway, even if Asri doesn't get the job, it is still okay as he will continue his studies after the examination results are announced in the first week of March.
Here are some tips for those job seekers who want to work permanently.
- Leave the outside lights on (the lights outside of the porch or house entrance) and leave them for at least three hours a day whenever you have career prospect(s).
- Place a fountain just inside the front door of your living space. Be sure that the water is flowing into and NOT out the front door. However, one has to check the facing direction of the house first as some sectors would not benefit with the presence of water.
- Make sure that you don’t have any “leaks” or “outages” to prevent career prospects flowing away or being blocked. This refers to any leaks from any of the faucets or any light bulbs that have blown and need to be replaced. Clogged sinks or blocked drains are also included. In short, you need to fix leaks, unclog drains and replace faulty or broken lights
