My muim's RM11.00 ZZ plant which she bought from the Farmer's market.
On my right is the RM8.00 plant and on my left is my mum's RM11.00 plant.

Looks like my judgement is bad as the plant looks so sickly. I should have paid another RM3.00 and bought the plant from the Farmer's Market instead of the nursery.
My Aunt Linda bought a ZZ plant a couple weeks ago from a hypermarket and she said that she and my Uncle Jimmy managed to win some money because of it. According to my aunt, each time she bought a new ZZ plant, either she or Uncle Jimmy would manage to win some money from the lucky draw.
Well, Aunt Linda went to the Farmer's Market to buy yet another ZZ plant and my mum also followed suit. Actually the two little old ladies are not big gamblers but they sort of enjoy the thrill of winning some money. They proudly showed me their plants when they got into the car and I too decided to get one for myself. Don't want to be left out from the fun of winning, you see. Instead of going back to the Farmer's Market, I instead stopped at a nearby nursery and bought one at RM8.00. When I compared my plant to theirs, I realised that I had made a mistake. For RM3.00 more, their plants look healthier. Aiyah! What to do, the purchase had already been made.
For your information, none of us won any money during the weekend. My aunt says that we have to give the plant time to work its 'magic' We shall see. I'll keep you posted on the developments.
