GETTING RID OF PRESSURE AND STRESS

In the office, in school and at home, many of us would have some form of pressure and stress. What can we do to minimise or get rid of them? According to Feng Shui beliefs, we can do so by clearing our closets, cupboards, wardrobes and drawers. It is believed that the hidden messes create pressure and stress in our lives. We must not be too sentimental and end up only getting rid of a few items. You can consider giving away the unused items to a charity or to friends who might have better use for them.
