I read in today's newspaper that diamonds can be created from human ashes. Yup! Those of you who want to have a keepsake of your loved ones can do so. A company called LifeGem can help create certified, high-quality diamond from the carbonized ashes of your dearly departed. They advertise it as a living legacy that will be passed from generation to generation. Now the question is, "Will you be willing to wear one such diamond if you can afford to have it made?" Me? I am still thinking about it.
