HAPPINESS IS ENJOYING A BOWL OF LAKSA SARANG

Happiness is chilling out with my pal Baz after work at the stall selling Laksa Sarang which is the normal laksa served with a nest-shaped fried egg. Sarang in Malay means nest.  This dish was originally from the royal town of Kuala Kangsar in Perak.
