FIRST AID FOR HEAT STROKE

Malaysians have been suffering from the intense heat,  This has something to do with El Nino.  To make matters worse, the sun is fast approaching the equator where the country is.  March 20 will be when the sun is directly above us.  So far the temperature has been about 33 to 38 degrees across the country during the day.  The weatherman says that it might become worse in the following days.
There have been a lot of info on telly about dealing with the hear wave.  So I too am sharing info on first aid for victims of heat stroke.
