BERBAL BATH FOR MOTHER IN CONFINEMENT

These 3 packets of herbs are for my colleague, Syuhada. She gave birth recently and is in confinement now. The Mandi Herba herbs for her include daun lengkuas, sirih, daun jambu batu, daun lemuni, daun mengkudu, daun pandan wangi, daun kunyit, daun inai, senduduk, daun pisang kelat.. I don't have enough serai wangi in the herb garden to give to her. She will need to add a handful of halba when she boils the leaves. She can put the halba in a cloth and tie it up into a punjut before putting it in. And it would be good to add some young ginger when boiling ( abt 3 to 4 inches).
