When I went to Buntong to buy snacks I saw quite a few stalls set up to sell Valentine's Day gifts. being the busybody I am, I went to check out the stuff on sale. Actually the gifts sold were not as expensive as the ones sold at the malls. So I think many ladies were made happy by the gents in their lives. Likewise, some of the stuff like keychains could also be given to boyfriends or husbands. Since I was there I bought a small little bear decoration for my car.
