WALKING ON REFLEXOLOGY FOOT PATH
Saturday,10th October was National Sports Day. Not wanting to be left out of some form of physical activity on this day, I decided to walk along the Reflexology Path at the Tua Pek Kong Temple in Pasir Panjang. Well. Some exercise is better than none. i managed to do three rounds.
For those of you who haven't a clue what this is, then allow me to explain. Reflexology paths are common in Asia and consist of a sidewalk-like walking surface of embedded stone surface extending for the full length of the walk. Traversing the winding trail of stones, kneads sore muscles, breaks down toxins and helps build immunities.
