MALAY STYLE CHAR KWAY TEOW

Char Kway Teow in Hokkien means fried flat noodles which does not have gravy.  The one with gravy is known as Wat Tan Ho or Cantonese Style fried flat noodles.
The Malays refer to their fried flat noodles (Kway Teow) as Char Kway Teow but these come with lots of gravy like what you see above.  This is from a popular stall near my college.
One can have a choice of cockles and prawns (or both).
