My nephew Jeremy was back in Ipoh for the weekend and he requested to go to the Seng Long Stall at the Ipoh Stadium to savour his favourite fried Kway Teow.  This stall has been operating for many years and the cook whips up the most delicious Kway Teow.  In my nephew's books, this is THE most tasty in Ipoh.
