CHAR KWAY TEOW AND KWAY TEOW GORENG

Yesterday evening I introduced Lai Yoong Lee to the KDSK Kway Teow Goreng. She loved it. Next time I will get her to try the Char Kway Teow.  The one shown here is the Malay style of fried flat noodles.  The type with gravy is called Char Kway Teow.  One can ask for prawns or cockles or both.
