Meet Manee. He is Dr Murrugaya's pet cat. Manee only has 3 legs. According to the vet, the cat went into the house of a Chinese family and their dog attacked the cat. The owner of the dog sent the injured cat to Dr Murrugaya's clinic and asked for it to be put to sleep so that it need not suffer. The man paid RM100 for the service. However, the dear doctor did not have the heart to kill it. What he did was amputate the badly damaged leg and keep the cat.
Manee is a sweet natured cat and gets along happily on three legs. He can run and jump like other cats.
