NASI HUJAN PANAS

The colourful rice pictures here is known as Nasi Hujan Panas (literally translated to mean Hot Rain Rice).  It is also known as rainbow rice.  I can make the connection for it being called rainbow rice as the rice is very colourful but why is it known as hot rain rice. Anyone knows?
