UBI KAYU REBUS WTIH SAMBAL IKAN BILIS/KELAPA PARUT

This is a traditional Malay dish which originated from the kampung or village.  It is simple yet yummy.  Ibu kayu or tapioca is served with anchovy sambal and grated coconut.
