HOLLYWOOD RESTORAN AT CANNING GARDEN CHAR KWAY TEOW




Call be bias or whatever but to me, Ipoh Char Kway Teow is the best.  People from other places might also make such a claim but since I am Ipoh born and bred and grew up eating these type of fried noodles, they appeal most to my palate.
I love those that are from the Hollywood Restoran at Canning Garden.  There are two stalls selling this dish, one for the morning session and the other for the afternoon.  I love both.  The cooks have their different styles of frying.  I sometimes order to take home with me to Sitiawan and keep it in the fridge.  The next day, I will take it out and re-fry it for my meal.
