One of the dishes I wanted to savour during my recent visit to Singapore was the Chilli crab. Now this Chilli crab has been promoted by The Singapore Tourism Board as one of Singapore's National Dish. To really enjoy this dish, you need to eat it with bare hands as a means to savour the juicy crab meat with its sweet and spicy chilli sauce. The restaurant went to provided plastic gloves for us to eat the crabs. The dish didn't disappoint.  It was really delicious.
