Last week Lai Yoong and I had dinner at a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant called Lily Kitchen. The owner of the restaurant used to be a badminton player that both Lai Yoong and Haji Hasnin have coached when he was much younger.

Vietnamese Seafood Fried Rice. They use margarine to fry the rice and it is eaten with a very hot chilly sauce.
