EATING POMEGRANATE TO EASE JOINT PAIN

Pomegranate (buah delima in Malay) also helps to treat joint pain. It protects the cartilage and bone from damage. Pomegranate which is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds is also used to treat arthritis.
