ASSAM CUTTLEFISH

The Captain at the Garden Seafood Restaurant recommended Assam Cuttlefish to Lai Yoong and I when we dined there last night.  The sourish taste of the assam together with the tomatoes, onions and ladies' fingers made this dish very appetising.
